  2. Every Product Is Shipped within 2-4 working Days of order confirmation.
  3. Generally, We Delivered the Product within 5-7 working days. But for Some Pin codes, it takes 7-9 working days.
  4. For COD Orders, You will have to pay Extra Rs. 60 for Shipping Charges.
  5. For PREPAID Orders, Shipping Charge is Free.

   

  • Return Policy

  1. Customers can exchange/return their order within 5 days after an order has been delivered in case of received a damaged, misprinted or broken product.
  2. No Return/Exchange for Wrong Size and Color.
  3. If you have received the order damaged, misprinted or broken, you can raise a request for the claim within 5 days after an Order has been delivered.
  4. You need to email us at [email protected] or You can Fill the Form https://jordarr.com/return-or-exchange/ with proper images of the product showing the defect and original packaging. We will re-print and ship a new product to you.
  5. We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 working days of your return request order. Please ensure while returning the product, it should be in original condition and the packaging is inact the way it was delivered.
  6. For PREPAID Order, If you have received a damaged product/s, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse.
  7. For COD Order, Once you return a product to us, we will add the value of your order (minus any shipping and/or COD charges) back in your account as Jordarr Store Credits. You can use your store credits on future orders at Jordarr.
  8. At the time of your next purchase, please sign in with your registered email ID to view and utilize your store credits. On the checkout page, a store credit tab will reflect your store credits. Here, the total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the store credits.
  9. For Return, you will be charge extra Rs. 100 for courier service.
  10. If you have to Return or Exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this.
  11. There are certain areas where we can’t provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service to the below address.
  12. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
